Whether it's a separator or something else, we all need maintenance and upkeep. Today, the editor of Dongguan Yixie will introduce three maintenance methods for PBC splitter in detail:
1. Some windings are short-circuited or damaged;
Armature windings and commutator segments have de-soldering spots; worn bearings or copper sleeves lead to bored rotors; when installing equipment, four brushes are installed in the wrong location, or the newly replaced sleeve has too much clearance. When the PCB daughter trigger starts, it idles: the fork is not set up properly, and the fork spool is set in the moving bushing, so the motor gear cannot rotate with the fork. The contact of the electromagnetic switch contact is too early, and the meshing gear has not meshed;
2. Common reasons for FPC board separator not working or weak performance:
Low battery; disconnect the battery from the starter motor and use a cutter separator. The terminal clip is loose or the battery pole is severely oxidized; the electromagnetic switch guide plate is severely ablated or has poor contact with the two terminals; the brush is excessively worn, the spring is broken, or the brush is stuck in the brush holder; there is oil between the brush and the rectifier or The rectifier is severely ablated;
3. The motor of the FPC daughter trigger starts to rotate. The gap between the iron core of the electromagnetic switch and the push rod of the connecting plate is too large. The one-way clutch slips and cannot drive the flywheel ring gear to rotate. The gear of the starter motor is badly worn and cannot mesh with the flywheel ring gear. Solenoid switches are often sucked and normally open. The so-called electromagnetic switch is often sucked and normally open, which means that after pressing the start switch, the iron core of the electromagnetic switch is removed as soon as it is sucked up, and it is sucked up immediately after being removed. Again, and then take off immediately, failing to start the engine. A common cause of this problem is the persistence of coil breaks.
