Operation specification of online splitter using V-groove
1. Insert one end of the power cord into the main body's power socket, and connect the other end to the 220V AC power supply; connect the foot switch to the foot switch jack, place the machine on a level workbench, and ground the body to prevent Static electricity; first turn on the power, then use the operation of the plate splitter.
2. Try to place the board you want to cut and make sure the components on the board don't interfere with the body as well as the upper and lower blades. If there is interference, see if it can be adjusted. If not, you will need to readjust the tool. Redo etc. to meet the requirements, promptly notify the technician to adjust the blade or notify the supplier to dispose of the blade. (Adjust the height of the front and rear trays of the splitter according to the height of the components on the online splitter. The front tray is easy to work and not easy to get tired, and the rear tray is easy to not affect the normal operation.)
3. According to the length of the circuit board to be cut, select and press the corresponding sub-board stroke button, which can effectively reduce the length of the automatic cutter and improve the efficiency of the online splitter.
4. Height adjustment of the upper blade: Adjust the height of the upper blade according to the thickness of the PCB board to be divided until it is adjusted to the best effect, then place 0.1mm thick paper on the lower blade, and then slide the upper blade seat to slide, preferably There are clear, straight and even scratched marks on the paper; the circuit board enters the machine along with the guide plate. Whether the blades can be separated cleanly depends on the proper spacing between the upper and lower blades, so it is important that the height of the blades should be adjusted before the board. After the trial cutting is completed, tighten the adjusting knob fixing screw. Use two hands to clamp the V-CUT slot of the PCB to be divided on the edge of the lower knife within the stroke of the upper knife (not skewed), and use the foot switch to perform the sub-board operation.
5. Finally, adjust the speed of the online splitter, which is divided into two speeds, which can be selected according to needs. The V-groove on the board is selected for a deeper speed, otherwise a slower speed.
6. After completing the above adjustments, start working. First place the V-groove of the in-line splitter on the lower blade of the slat splitter, then press the foot switch to perform the slat split. Remember: The PCB does not move during the cutting process, and the circular knife slips to ensure that the movement does not damage the electronic components of the substrate.
