In addition, splitter engineers should also pay attention to safety. The function of the protection device plays the role of prevention or automatic alarm so that the customer can manage and maintain the splitter. 1. Before dividing the board, please confirm whether the board program edited by the engineer is correct. When an engineer edits or recalls a previously used program, the user must first perform a preview check. Confirmation is issued, and the operator can operate only after the confirmation is correct;
2. Put the PCB board to be imprinted into the fixture, clearly distinguish the direction and front and back of the board, and place it on the positioning post of the fixture. Press lightly to confirm if it is in the proper position, then divide under the cover of the board fixture, press the left or right green button, and the table will automatically enter the daughter board position;
3. Click the preview button of the software, the button is red, observe whether the position of each cut is correct, after checking whether it is correct, first click the stop button on the software, the color will turn green after a few seconds, and it will automatically change To process the button, the workbench will automatically exit. To exit, click the Process button on the software during the official process and start the process.
