2. Secondly, in the internal division of the machine, we should ensure that the circuit board is accurately divided along the V-shaped groove on the circuit board. Of course, this also depends on whether the height adjustment of the upper guide plate is correct. If the operation is improper and the circuit board is used too high, it will not be able to be correctly fed into the machine along with the V-shaped cutout, resulting in the circuit board jumping, resulting in low efficiency and poor process quality. Therefore, before use, the position of the upper guide knife should be adjusted according to the thickness of the divided circuit board and the depth of the V-shaped groove on the board. First, when dealing with this problem, you should power off the machine, take out the circuit board to be split, and lay it flat on the external support plate. Clamp the board's V-notch slot on the guide knife and push it smoothly toward the cutting blade in the machine until it touches the round blade. At this time, loosen the upper guide knife fixing knob to facilitate the adjustment of the upper guide knife. Adjust the upper guide knife to the appropriate height. At this time, the V-shaped groove on the circuit board is not only stuck by the upper and lower guide knives, but also can be positioned correctly without jumping out left and right, and can also slide flexibly along the guide plate.

 

3. Blade spacing adjustment: After the circuit board is fed into the machine along with the guide plate, whether the blades can separate it neatly, and whether the stress during the splitting process is minimized, depends on whether the spacing between the upper and lower circular knives of groups a, B, and C is appropriate. .
