Upper vacuum system:
1. The upper vacuum system uses a vacuum pump to absorb the dust particles generated during cutting.
2. The air inlet is located on the main shaft.
3. During the cutting process, the dust is brought up by the high-speed rotating milling cutter and sucked away by the vacuum tube. see Attachment.
advantage:
1. Can work well on products with both high and short components.
2. No air leakage
3. High-power vacuum pump is used.
4. Very little dust will fall into the gap between the component and the PCB, which greatly reduces the probability of a PCBA short circuit.
